1993 300D 2.5 rear brakes question

My rear pads are nearly worn out on my 93 300D 2.5 turbo. I did the front awhile back and it is plenty simple. So the question is are the back equally simple. It seems they should be but my car appears to have something called ASD on it and I need to order specific pads that go with this. I guess this is some sort of positraction or limited slip thing that applies the brakes if one of the wheels is moving faster than the other. Question: Is a rotor and pad replacement any more sophisticated on these cars than the fronts? I haven't pulled a wheel yet, just thought I'd ask before I got into it. Thanks!
