85 300D-T dash light & gauge issue help please

Hi All

I have just re-started the wifes 85 300D-T. I remember a post long ago about the dash lights being dim & you had to live with them.

Problem - I wiggled the light knob just to see if moving it a bit after 3 yrs of no use would get any more candle power out of it. Well I went CCW & then came back CW & no it is out totaly. Did I goof? Should I have not touched it at all? Any fix in mind as I have no dash light and the back lit switches are also dark.

Problem - The clock is no longler working. It was working 3 yrs ago when we drove the car regularly. any ideas on what to look for.

Problem - Fuel gauge seems to be on the fritz. I had left the car with 3/4 tank when I parked it. I got it started & took it for a test drive. The fuel needle started bobbing like crazy. I took it to the station to top off the tank. It took about 4+ gal to fill it up. The needle did not rise above the 1/1 mark to the top.
I have driven it a couple of times (short trips) & have not seen the needle move. will it eventualy get unstuck?

Your responses & suggestions are appreciated.
I am sure I will have more issues as I continue to drive & the gremlins pop up.

Thanks
