Any one have any experience to share on the quality of the new axles available through the parts dept. on this site, or other sources? Also interested in feedback on quality of rebuilders. Need to decide on best and most reasonable source?

Also there is some quite long threads concerning Axles and Where to buy them from
though they are most often on 123s.
In the last 2 years or so Brand New Axles have come onto the market from China or ????.
Sometimes at a cost lower than the Highest Quality Rebuilds and not much more than the low cost Rebuilds.
The New Axles are recent enough that people have not had a chance to put enough miles on them to tell the type of quality they have. Some members have had assembly problems where the spacer fits up to the Axle and 2 had problems with the splines or the retaining clip groove.
The delema with rebuilt ones is exchanging them for another set or having your own rebuilt.
So far I have had good luck with my exchange set from what was Kragens Auto Parts; the Rebuilder was Cardone. However, I am not a high milate driver.
