IP oil fill

What screw do i unscrew for a IP oil fill? 1973 220d. It has a red cap on top that says oel. I did a search and found the procedure that says remove this cap and fill with a 30w oil and unscrew a screw until you see it flow out. I dont know which screw? Thanks in advance!
