83 300cd for $995 with low mileage /ebay

Just pulled this one up today ,go under salvage cars then search mercedes. 1983 300cd with 138k .The stickers read 1995 so Im sure the mileage has a good chance of being legit.Maryand area. I wouldnt be doing letting this out if it was a little closer to home base, not like I need another project anyway.Good luck who ever gets her ,she looks promising.

Well I just looked all over Ebay and I could not fine that car he said was there. I went through all Mercedes models plus the salvage section.

If the car was a buy it now for $995 and it sold - you won't find it in open listings.

Well, when you are being such a jerk about this, I'm not sure why I am posting this, but oh well.....

Ever think that maybe the original poster has something better to do that to sit around all day, and post a link for you that they may have forgotten to include? Especially seeing as they last were signed in 2 minutes after posting this thread, AND HAVEN'T BEEN BACK YET?

And as for the listing, I googled "300cd maryland ebay", and it took less time to find it that this sentence took to type out. Perhaps instead of replying back four times while the OP has been gone, you could have tried so yourself.

IF somebody here buys it with intentions to part it out, I'd be interested in buying the PS front fender (if in near perfect condition), the dash (if not cracked) and the rubber seals that go along the bottoms of the windows...
Probably wishful thinking, but to quote Jimmy

"...I'm just sayin'..."

HEY, that's a neat trick! I forgot about how often Google returns hits for stuff on eBay! I tried searching eBay using all the regular terms (300cd, 300 cd, 300 coupe, etc.) and looked at the salvage rigs and couldn't find it either...

I'll have to remember the Google trick.

The original poster has a reputation for posting about cars on eBay and not providing links to the auction, but instead telling people to search on eBay for the car themselves.

Wow that's close to the one I just picked up for $900 in maryland. Except mine is one color, runs, has no rust, and is getting prepped for the manual conversion (The automatic in it is shot)
