bouncy ride
My cars suspension is so old that my car bounces all over the place. So far I have installed a new sway bar that was supposed to be a 300TD (my old one broke) new UCAs, and a tie rod that was bent. I'm not sure if anything else has been replaced in the 360k miles that this car has. Being on a limited budget, which suspension part is the easiest and most cost effective to do next? You know, front or rear shocks or springs? What will help my car the most?

Bounciness immediately points to worn struts/gas shocks. Not the cheapest, but probably most effective fix to solve your problem.

x2. If you're bouncing, your shock absorbers are dead. You need all four replaced. These are consumable items and should be replaced every so often to maintain a nice ride.

If it happens to be a wagon it can also be the accumulators. (IIRC) the spheres....
