Hello all,

Here in the D.C. Area, there has been a 240 Manual that has been advertised on craigslist for a LONG time. I actually drove the car and it's mechanically in great shape, just has cosmetic problems. I would adopt it if I had the space. Unfortunately, I don't

It's being sold by a gas station because the customer didnt' pay some bills. The car has about 180K miles on it and the AC WORKS!!! I wonder if someone can pick it up for $800 or so. Been advertised for a while, anyone in the DC area also checked it out???

If it's being sold due to unpaid bills, make sure it has a good title. It might be an interesting project for the price (i.e., an opportunity to spend about $5000).

Did you take any additional pics when you went to see it? Notice anything unusual when you drove it? I might have to go take a look at this one.....

Like I said, the car has cosmetic issues. The front driver seat is tore pretty damn good. The paint is so-so. Passenger side mirror is in the back seat. One of the back door locks doesn't work and the hood release is mickey moused. But it does have working AC
