quick answer without verifying...

I recall they are 18" inserts.

Look at the style lock you have now and match, it can vary depending on the blade holder currently on your car. Some have a depression in the stainless bars to lock, others use a clip. Width can vary as well.

Your blade holders attach to the arm with what I call the "Shepard's crook" style attachment.

I'm being deliberately vague, because the mounting is proprietary, each manufacturer may have a different style.

You can also get creative in a pinch by inventive use of a dyke and a needlenose pliers if you find a need to mix and match.

On second thought....

... You can pop one of the blade holders off the arm in a few seconds and carry it in with you to match up within the store.....

Thanks for the correction, it's too late to walk out to the shop to check.

I try to stay away from the new curved "aero" style blades. They tend to not curve enough for the far right of the windshield.

Don't know if you can tell from the pics, but those new aero wipers come in two flavors, a flatter one for the drivers side and a more curved one for the passenger side, A and B respectively, at least the Bosch units do.

I always buy Bosch out of habit. I find that most of the time the poor results I get from wipers is not from the blades or refills but from the glass being "sandblasted" with pits. For some reason the glass on Mercedes cars always seems to be more susceptible to this than I have noticed on other cars. In any event, it will make for poor wiping and early wear of the refills.

I seem to only get I year out of a set before they start to "smear" over the blasted glass and qiuckly deteriorate.
