CODE PO215

I have owned a 1997 E300D for the past 7 months and put 4500 miles on it. It now has 106K miles on it. I have run it on B100 which I make. No problem until 3 weeks ago the CEL came on. The code was PO215. the vehicle HAD NO problems. Code was cleared but a few days ago the CEL came back on with the same code. Only this time the engine takes about 1-2 seconds to turn off after key is turned to off. NO other symptons. The fuel lines at the SOV are all dry and so is the SOV. NO leaks whatsoever. After reading several posts from 2008 should I just replace the SOV and the K40 ??. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
