85 300D Vacuum hose goes nowhere!
Hi people-
While installing a boost gauge I was crawling around under my dash board (drivers side) and noticed that a vacuum hose that comes through the fire wall does not connect to anything...Is this normal? I realize there is a vacuum tube which comes out of the vacuum regulator on the IP next to the Aneroid Compensator which is a vent, but that's not the one I'm talking about. Any thoughts? Thanks

This is correct
If the open-end vacuum hose is black, that is the proper setup...this provides a clean source of "0" vacuum atmospheric pressure to the vacuum system.
If the hose is a color other than black, look for a place to connect.
