300SD for 617 swap to 240D-What to keep?

I have a 1981 300SD for the engine for my 240D 4-speed combo. What will I need from the 300SD? Unfortunately, I can't have it around for the swap, it needs to be gone by december.

-Engine (obviously)
-radiator+expansion tank
-differential
-instrument cluster w/ speedo cable
-glowplug relay
-can I use front springs+shocks?

anything else??
