glowplug conversion

I'm dropping a '79 non-turbo into an '81 non-turbo chasis. I want to convert the glowplugs in the '79 engine(with the large threads) to the '81 "pencil-tip" glowplugs. Does anyone out there offer an adaptor for using the small thread glowplugs or does anyone know the part # for the conversion plug?? Any help would be great! Thanks
