Can I swap any OM606 engine in my'95 w124?
Will a '96-'99 OM606 engine swap into my '95 W124?
I have all the auxiliary items--IP, manifolds, etc. |

'96-'97 should be very similar to what you have in your '95. The '98-'99 turbo engines will be more difficult due to the turbo and intercooler. The '97 had the 5-speed electronic transmission, not sure what it would take to adapt a '97 engine to your existing 4-speed transmission. This same question was just asked here a few days ago; you might look for that thread to see what was said.

You'll want to install the mechanical IP from your '95 on a nonturbo '96-'97 -- W210 switched to an electronically controlled IP. If you wanted to use a turbo '98-'99, you'd most likely have to find a mechanical IP from a 3.0L 603 turbo.
Not sure about the trans, per Jeremy... definitely look into that.
