Self etching primer on the ground seam. Due to time constraints I will have to use body filler later to smooth it all out.
Note the welded exhaust tip. http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN2969.jpg The wheel well with some product placement of the undercoating I used. http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN2970.jpg The lower seam all sealed up. http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN2975.jpg Looks okay - from a distance. http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN2980.jpg http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN2981.jpg All painted black, where you won't see it anyway because of the bumper. http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN2982.jpg Here is the interior with the new piece welded in - no more gaping holes!http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN3034.jpg Of course it all covers up nicely anyway. http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN3041.jpg The obligatory crud shot. http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/l...o/DSCN2979.jpg |
