ac leak near top of compressor w210

I haven't messed with the ac since i bought it and decided to fill it. I connected my gauge set to both low and high side. I immediately heard a leaking from the high side. I wiggled the lines a bit and it seems to be coming from the round object connected immediately to the top of the compressor and to a hose. What would i need to replace that. I found the hoses listed online just not the drier? not sure what it is.

That is the connection plate for the refrigerant lines. There is an o-ring between this plate and the compressor body.

The story on fixing a W210 air conditioner.
W210 compressor seized

2 years now still cooling great.

buy the A/C O ring kit for your car at autozone etc, the vehicle specific kit bags have all the O rings including the compressor top plate one.

It should be about 5 dollars for the kit.
