42 annual Bugtussle Trek 2010
August 28-29 2010
This starts in McKinney, Tx, drives to Paris, Tx w/ overnight in Paris and finishes in Greenville, TX on Sunday. Last year there were only TWO MB's, mine with the peeling clear coat and a beige R107. I have the paperwork if anyone is interested. Thanks!

I can't add an MB to the fray, but I'll see you at Bugtussle about noon on the 28th unless something Earth shattering occurs. I'll be in air conditioned comfort this time.

Yes, the Galaxie is quite comfortably roadworthy. When you saw it two years ago it was barely able to make the 20 mile trip to Honey Grove. Since that time I have transplanted virtually the whole 3 on the tree drivetrain from my parts car and rebuilt everything. I also cobbled together an air conditioner from various pieces/parts.
During the July 4th weekend my wife and I went about 500 pleasant, trouble free miles in it. Next phase is cosmetics. See ya' in "Syrup City."
