Stripped Lugs solved
I finally figured out the cause of the rear lugs stripping on the right rear wheel...the little pin that joins the brake rotor to the hub was mashed in flush with the hub, allowing the hub to turn while taking the wheels off, even if the e-brake was engaged.
I reset the pin to engage the rotor, no more free spiining hub, even with the wheels off.
