need help changing serpentine belt on 91 2.5turbo

Hey guys, actually I'm trying to pull the power steering pump to replace the seals and I've not figured out how to loosen tension-er for the seppentine belt.
My CD manuals are worthless for deisels.

remove the top right bolt to loosen tensioner. PM sent
