1992 300d need some quick info before my owners and Repair manual come in
Ok just bought a 1992 300d with 200,000miles. I have some house keeping to do on the car this weekend and need some advice.
Here is what i plan to do friday night: -new air filter -oil filter -Oil change -New screw on fuel filter and inlines -tranny fluid -Tranny filter -New headlight wipers. Here are my questions: -*What else should i do maintnance wise?* -What oil weight should be used in this car? -Does this car have a cabin filter or anything like that? -when should my headlight wipers be on? PS: im going after school tommorow to order all of this, so i may not be able to check this untill 3... Here are some other issues that will be addressed before long: -A/c works only when i manualy ground some switch down by the compressor on the fender(again need my manual) -Car has no radio antenna -Only one headlight wiper works -Headlight wipers come on when i turn my lights on(I may be wrong but i would assume they only come on when the wipers are on??) -Injection pump has a small leak around delivery valves, and possible a front pannel. -TIRES...lol Any insight would be great... thanks zach
