Mercedes Raodside Assistance

Just wondering if anyone here has ever used the Mercedes Roadside Assistance program? What were your experiences and impressions? Is it a suitable replacement for AAA? I was curious as to what level of service to expect if the wife ever needs to use it. Thanks, JEFF
