OK, here's a REALLY embarrasing question... where the heck is the hand primer pump on a 71 220D? I am going to look one over this evening, and thought I might try starting it if I can find the darned pump! (The car has sat and sat, so I doubt it will start w/o being pumped... if it'll start at all).
I don't imagine the pump is the little foot operated thing above and to the left of the brake pedal, is it? That would kind of negate the whole "Hand" pump thing if it were foot operated. 8^) Thanks in advance, Chris cscmc1@eiu.edu |
