How much is a 1981 300SD worth
I have a 81 300SD that I would like to sell. It runs and drives just fine and has no rust on it. It has 250K on it. I am not sure what to ask for it. Any suggestions on the price? All together a decent car.

Could be anywhere from 500-5000, completely depends on condition, maintenance history, etc. etc. Not nearly enough to go off of with just this info, we might be able to help better with pictures and more complete info.

250K is average miles, fairly low. if condition is decent, you should be able to get a good price up north where you are. take a lot of pictures of the exterior, the rockerpanels, the engine, the interior, the dashboard, the fenders, etc. the more better quality pics you have the better. upload them to photobucket, and post a link to the page here. we'll look it over and give you a pretty fair explanation of what's wrong with the car, and what to expect. if you have a decent maintenance history with the car it will go a long way to raising the value!
