240D Manual Trans Cruise Control Amplifier Location Picture

I have an 83 240D with a manual transmission and I am trying to get the cruise control system working again. Most of the parts were in the trunk from the PO so not sure where the amplifier goes. I read in the forums that it mounts on the driver side under dash cover but not sure where the wiring bracket goes. I really need a picture of the installation. Thanks in advance.

Not sure which one you have. The one that uses vacuum mounts on the left fender well and I believe there is 3 holes for that.

Thanks for the effort but that is the actuator. The amplifier is the electronic box under the dash board. On the automatic the amplifier mounts near the brake pedal. But on the manual, there is a clutch pedal there. I am looking for a picture of how it mounts to the under dash panel WITH the wiring connected.

Anyone with a manual trans that can help me out? Thanks in advance.

It mounts to the hush panel under the IP on the driver's side. There are two screws holding the bracket to the hush panel and two holding the module to the bracket. The connectors come in at 90° angles to each other. It is a bit tricky to get it all lined up and installed the way the factory did it.

Thanks. Any way you could take a picture of what you have? I might not have the right bracket to make it work. I see the two mounting screws in the panel.
