Nice coupe, congrats! I've owned Elvira since she rolled out of the Dallas MB dealer show room in Oct of 1984 - the more you drive the car, the more attached you'll become. It's the last of the chrome and steel battering rams and the best couple MB ever built - the '85's had the California crap pollution equip and were headaches.

I dig the ones like the amg style, the spokes mimic the Re-enforced look of the penta road wheels.

Um -You have a nasty grouth sprowting from the intake manifold in front of the air cleaner
Well its coming out of the exhaust headed into the intake.

Or you could-If you live in one of Those states----79 80 w116 sd intake and exhaust manifolds-and dont look sheepish when you take it in to the goon yearly.

The ben waa balls are slightly funky also
