Head Light Reflector

I drove my 1985 300SD at night for the first time since I acquired it (2 Months ago), I might as well been blind doing it. The road I was driving on was one of Southern Maryland back road without any street lights. The head lights did nothing for me I had to follow another car close to use their light pattern to get to a road with street lights.

The following day I thought I would investigate the cause, I found some rusty looking reflectors. I found another forum member who sells re-finish reflectors but I can't seem to get anykind of response from the PM I sent out. Where can I get replacement reflectors for the head light or have the one I have recondition? Thanks in advance.
