just bought my 2nd w123 DT

I bought my 2nd w123 from 1983.only has 190 000km, and i am planning to store the car in the winter.i get adicted to this cars from my brother who owns one . can you guys help with any sugestions what i should use to keep the rubber from not drying.i also want to change the oil ,the last change was in nov 2009 and the owner use 20w50.i think is 15w40 rotella would do ok.i also need some help how to do the citrus flush.i found some info but i dont now how to fill the system again with coolant without having air in.the tranny oil was change in 2005 and the car has 176000km.should i change it?the timing chain was done.and other things i should check,consider the car was not driven in winter and only 5000 km a year.i also want to clean the the interior,can you guys recommend something for carpets and vynil.Thanks
