wiper, horn short?
84 300D- Most every time I start the car the wipers will make one complete sweep then stop. This only happens at start up. Sometimes when honking the horn while driving the wipers will make a complete sweep. I've replaced the stalk, cleaned the fuses and fuse box. Should my next step be to take ignition out or?
