Diesel-Ethanol
I pulled into a Mobil station a couple weeks ago to fill up the 300TD. I was surprised and a little confuse by the yellow-handled diesel pump and a "contains ethanol" sticker directly above the diesel pump.
Long story short, I went elsewhere and found a good ol fashion green diesel pump. What gives? Is this something I should avoid down the road? The station in question isn't a normal stop for me; but they did have ULSD/#2 pumps previously.

Probably just stuck the sticker on there by accident.

shell has those stickers on all their pumps, it should read "may contain up to 10% ethanol" the color of the pump is meaningless. different companies use different colors. bp for instance has green pumps on the regular/premium gasoline handles and black for diesel.
unless the sticker says "bio-diesel" it's normal diesel.
