Merry Christmas to all on Diesel Discussion!

What is your diesel Mercedes getting for Christmas?

One of the other members described this forum to me as the equivalent to Santa's place at the North Pole when it comes to diesel Mercedes. I replied that Roy better not shave his beard off any time soon !!

Well my lastest MB is a 1985 300D with 278k on it, I bought it not even close to running right. PO installed IP incorrectly and thanks to this forum I educated myself and properly reinstalled and timed the pump and the car runs strong it's going on the road in about a week. I did all the usual stuff, valve adjustment, check injectors, check chain stretch, compression, next job is to "tune" transmission, I have tons of info and am going to attempt application soon

Men with white beards and a blow torch scare me - but I trust Roy!

Happy holidays...

Haha, just kidding, Merry Christmas!

My 1968 200D got a turbo starter (didn't work out, though), a fast glow kit, and new tail light gaskets.

My 1980 300SD got over $500 in new zebrano wood (it better be happy).

Merry Christmas

I hope Santa was good to one and all, he sure has to scurry around to get to every one..

He was good the the mercedes fleet. Got a 7 piece set of Craftsman X Beam Gear wrenches, 8mm thru 19mm. and another set of Combination gear Wrenches 5mm thru 18mm. this should keep the girls happy for a while.

They also got a Garmin GPS so they don`t get lost taking me for a ride . Now they are fighting over it, so gotta go break up the fight .

Take care all, enjoy the time with your familys.

Jesus is the reason for the season.
