Prechamber locking collar tool for rent?

The one person who has this tool in the rental program is now banned, hence no communication.

Does anyone else have one I can use to torque my collars?

FWIW, I did read about making one but the time and expense of the parts is not worth a (hopefully) one time use item to me.

I would really like one like a certain other place sells for FAR too much money so I can get it to proper torque.
