I was reading one of those threads on here yesterday where people talk about how great diesel MBs are (and they are) and someone made a great point about how many of them exist outside the range of good parts sources and mechanics which led me to our most recent vacation. We were just in Morocco over the Holidays and snapped some photos of a bunch of w123 200 and 240d's in Marrakech. They looked as if they had a million miles on them and that each mile had been hell. Amazing!

If the pictures load properly you will also see my other half standing next to a Mercedes T1(which I wanted to bring home so badly!) in Fes (and she probably was saying something like: why do I have to stand by this piece of *****)
