Are Instructions for Old and New Style Timing/Locking Pin the Same?
Are the Instructions for the use of the Old style Fuel Injection Pump Locking Pin (1st pic on the left) that same as the newer One (last pic on the right)?
Meaning the 15 degrees ATDC (After Top Dead Center of the compression stroke).

I think they are the same. When i set my IP timing, i used the newer style tool and set it at fifteen degrees after top dead center. The engine runs great.

I cannot find instuctions for the Older Style one in the FSM.
