'87 300TD for sale on Benzworld - $1500

This guy is apparently in KS, currently has it listed on Benzworld and says it's on craigslist, is asking $1700 and says he'll probably take $1500.

If my timing was better I'd be on the phone with him now, ... can't. Might be a good deal, might not.

1987 Mercedes 300TD wagon
Turbo Diesel, great mileage

255,500 miles

Starts ok, idles rough at first. Tranny shifts hard at times.

I would rank the interior at a 5 out of 10 and the exterior at a 6-7 out of 10. Needs a few new switches inside. Dash and console are in mediocre condition. Needs a new pasenger side headlight bulb. Has a dent in the passenger door. Hood needs repainted.

I dont drive this car everyday. But I go out and start it and let it run every other day, maybe take it for a spin once a week. It was my parents car before me. They were in Missouri. I just got the title in the mail from KS and have it insured.
