The Harmonic Balancer should be "Pulled" on with a purpose made device.
[The Stress of "Mounting" the HB is exerted against the Inner Threads of the
Crankshaft ONLY](The "Pulling in Bolt" is NOT the CRANKSHAFT BOLT!!!) (It's
NOT designed to withstand those kind of Stresses!)
The OM60X.XXX motors have gone FROM a 10.9 hardness Crank Bolt TO an
8.8 hardness to prevent the "Head Cracking Off due to Stress" (? I'm "Puzzled" Too ?)
No Matter what anyone says, the Crankshaft Bolt should be "Blue Loctite-ed"
into the Crankshaft.
