ACC servo in a bind...
Well, my servo works sometimes... Seems that when I test it in the garage all is well. It changes to heat, back to cool etc. It's really a cool system... when it works...
![]() Problem is, when I drive it and get everything up to temp it'll crap out. It's OK as long as I leave it on AC but when any input is given to the servo motor the amp overheats and falls on it's @ss... Today I decided to check it out. Same thing... I did notice that when I loosened the screws holding the middle plate (Not the dome on top) that the servo started working. Seems like something is getting in a bind (Probably the gear works or valve) once it gets hot and making the amp overheat. I guess I'm going in again... Any advise? I know most folks are scared to death of the trolls and unicorns inside of ACC servos but I'm OK with it...
