New Bosio Nozzles and Beru plugs

I replaced all my injectors with bosio nozzle rebuilt injectors pop tested and glow plugs from beru... also added new fuel lines...

I am adjusting the valves tomorrow and dropping the oil pan to replace the turbo drain and tranny pan to change the filter. I was in awe as to how easy the italian tune up was... i had it all done in around two hours... plus about 10 minutes adjusting leaking fuel lines.

I took a before and after video of the results the white smoke at startup is gone and heavy acceleration white smoke is gone... Now it has smoothed out...... I was getting around 24 mpg before the replacement. i will post a new number if it changes at all.

All of my injectors had a large amount of buildup on them... my previous glow plugs were caked in black soot and the number 5 glow plug was about to break in half from wear.... there was a large gouge in the side of it.

Is it a good idea to check the exhaust for blockages in the mufflers....?

Worn Injector Nozzles spraying in the wrong place can burn through Steel.

There is a picture some where in our Fourm is a pic of Precombustion Chambers burned through from the worn Nozzles.

Also people have cut their Glow Plugs yanking the Prechambers out without removing the Glow Plug.

When the Glow Plugs are removed it is a good time to use a Glow Plug reamer or an alternative method to clean the Glow Plug holes; and they will last longer.

good move on the bosio nozzles. i had the local diesel shop rebuild my w210 e300 injectors with bosio nozzles with similar results. no more smoke on heavy accel, smoother running engine, and noticeable improved MPG. fyi i did this at 160,000 miles, likely the first time the injectors had been out of the car. i also replaced the six glow plugs and reamed the holes while i was in there. i was surprised how hard and crunchy the carbon in there was, the reamer took a bit of work to break through it all.
