280TE
Doing the walk-through with my former landlady tomorrow at 10:30 am. Still have the 1980 280TE sitting in the driveway over there. Here's a link to my ad:

As long as you promise to either get it back on the road OR put the transmission into a diesel. I don't think you'd have to monkey with changing the impeller shaft or shift linkage lengths on this. Should just bolt right up. I bet you could use the flywheel from the gasser, also. Jay P.S. FREE CAR
