81 300sd road trip stall (oil pressure?)

I took my car on a 250 mile up mountain journey and it did wonderful (again). phx to show low 0 elevation to 9k elevation long steep hills. 7-8% grades. Was able to maintain and also accelerate up the climbs at 70-75.

On the way back home all was great till I got to the first stop light. stalled after stopping for about 3 seconds.

started right back up no issues, but wanted to stall again so i gave it gas and was on my way again. Same issue for every time i stopped even if i put it in N.

So i had to put it in N and give it some extra gas to prevent stall out.

While driving the oil pressure is at 3, however when coming to an idle the pressure drops and the car stalls.

I get home let it sit, check the oil level, which is fine. make sure there is no junk in the pre filter.

a day later I start it up no issues, doesn't want to stall or anything. I drive it around for about 20 minutes no issue.

So what in the world happened? and what should i check?

Oh and last oil change was about 1k miles ago. New filter for oil and gas, and pre filter and air filter at that time. made this trip 2 other times with no issues at all.
