				Receiver/drier temp question.

My receiver measures about 125 deg when running with an outside temp of 85 deg. I'm running an unorthodox system but what are normal operating temps with a standard setup? High pressures were 200 psi at about 1500 rpms. I didn't check the temp when the gauges were hooked up...

normal temps should be around 5 to 10 degrees F below the vapor point. so at 200psi, the receiver temp should be no more than, 125

Sounds like it's in the ballpark then John. My thermometer was reading between 100-125 deg. I'm pretty happy with it Jim! Some of the results are in the "orifice tube" thread.
