Need to rebuild turbo on 1991 350SD

So it looks like my turbo is burning oil (seals are busted), not building up pressure, etc.

As such, two questions:
1) is there a recall/replacement option from MB dealer to fix the turbo? (you never know unless you ask)
2) Could someone recommend a rebuilder?

A rebuild kit should be less than $100.00 from one of their Master Distributors
in your area.

Get all the Numbers off the metal tag on the Turbo,they'll need them for the Kit.
