Jerky in first
My transmission (AT) has started to jerk and slip a little when taking off in first gear. The rest shift smooth as usual. Is this a sign of something I can adjust myself, or low pressure. A bad first gear band perhaps.
Has any one experienced this. Thanks guys.

Covering the obvious first, have you check the fluid level, and/or have you changed the fluid and filter lately? Also look at the shifter bushings to make sure they in good shape, one on each end of the shifter rod under the car. You could be having issues with the initial shift into gear not being in quite the right place from worn bushings.
