Value of 82 300d EUro 5 spd

So I like my 300 so much I'm looking at another. How much do you think a clean low mile 82 300d Euro is worth.

A few things don't add up. Owner is saying 160k miles. If it's a euro it would be Kilometers. Would the speedo have been replaced with a US when it was brought over or did they do multi speck speedos for euro delivery cars that had KPH and MPH?

I hope to look at this car this weekend so I'll get an idea of what the body looks like.

Car is blue on blue. (Blue almost looks green) It does not seem like a very popular color.
