84 300 DT--HIGH BEAMS WORKING INTERMITTENTLY
My high beams are causing me problems--sometimes they'll come on when I push the lever back, sometimes not. If I wiggle the lever around a little sometimes they'll come on, not always. It seems like the combination switch may be corroded or ??? Can it be cleaned or do I have to get a whole new combo switch.

I agree rrgrassi, the combo switch is most likely the issue, though they aren't really serviceable. But I would at least take it off and look it over. It may just need some cleaning.
