Coldest start survey

OK -- I don't know if this has been done before here, but thought I'd do a quick survey to see what was/is the coldest temp (Fahrenheit) they've been able to start --- WITHOUT a block heater, etc. assistance. (fuel additive is OK)

AND the coldest temp people have been able to start WITH a block heater...
