How about 300 Turbo transplanted into a 240D chassis?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at a 240D chassis that has had a 300 Turbo shoehorned into it. The guy runs a mercedes shop, and it looks like it is properly done.

What are the pros and cons of such a setup?
