Mono valve is leaking

So another problem has crept up on the 300SD. I recently changed the mono valve since the old one had a torn diaphragm. But now it has started leaking coolant everywhere around it. I don't know if I missed a seal or something there or what.

Can someone shed some light on this?

.

it looks like you miss to properly put back some
hose or clamp more than seal issue...

you did not say did you replace just a monovalve or you did
seal replacement... in short, did you see the "inner" parts..?

Long-distance leak detection almost always occurs in the dark.

Well I decided to take the thing apart again this morning to see if I could figure out what's going on. After I put everything back together and got it good and hot and the system pressurized, I took a look at it to see if I could find anything.

Turns out my brand new valve has a pin hole in it...

So, looks like I'll be contacting Mercedes Source and asking for a new one.
