I'm planning on doing a commpression test on an 83 300D possible purchase. I've believe that I've read that this engine is tested easier at the glow plugs. Yes? Does anyone know where I can purchase a glow plug adapter for the 83 300D? Would this adapter work on the 603? Are the glow plugs on these engines the same size? What is the size?

I've got a tester with a 500 PSI gage. I have a 27 MM injector adapter on order to run a check on my 603 engine car. It appears easier to test this car via injectors.

When replacing the injectors after running a compression test on a 603 are there any seals or sealing washers, etc, that should be replaced with new parts to ensure proper install? Thread sealant or anti-seize? Thanks to any and all who might offer their advice and experience.
