1998 E300 Turbo boost loss after sitting at idle.

I have a 1998 E300 and I have recently noticed that after the car sits at idle it loses turbo bost and acts like it is in Limp mode, but this doesn't trigger the Check engine light. Once I turn off the car and restart everything works like it should. Has anyone out there had this Problem?
