my wagon is dead until I find a new IP.. I need to move it lower on the driveway but when I try to move it the brakes are locked, the vac system is empty (leaked) I tried to move the car back but the wheels dragged despite the car being in neutral. any ideas? My rotors are not rusty, and the brake system worked quite well when the car ran
