3.0 vs 3.5L injector torque??

I have searched every thread and cannot resolve a question raised about the exact injector torque spec on the 3.5L. In the DIY section it states the slant injectors in the 3.5 head are torqued to 30 lb ft instead of 55 for the 3.0L but then gives a disclaimer of its not for sure be careful. I know the 3.5 head is preferred on the 3.0 transplant in the 350 SDL. Anyone???

Inj. torque

I've done quite a few 3.5 injectors. More times than not you have to tighten the hell out of them.

WIS document# RA07.01-6-0268-10X

injection nozzle: Tightening torque 70-80 NM = (51.6 - 59 LB foot).

Personally on the angled units: I torque them to 30 LB foot, then re-torque to 51.6 - 59 LB foot as needed for leaks.
It is safe to increase torque from 30 LB foot.
Loosening the injector (reducing torque) instantly junks the heat shield.
